How do I order tickets online?
Please visit our ONLINE SHOP and select the ticket option, platters or party packs that you would like. Thereafter print your order- & payment confirmation and present it at our Ticket Office. Alternatively, you can buy rides also on site at our ticket office on the day of your arrival.
How long from placing my ORDER ONLINE can I CLAIM my RIDES?
You can claim your ticket (rides) within minutes of ordering and paying online, however please note that we need 2 days’ notice for party pack and 4 days’ notice for platter orders.
Are there any SPECIALS?
We would always recommend our bestseller, the ‘HAPPY FAMILY COMBO’ for R540.00 which gives you 18 rides to share. This way you pay only R30.00 per ride.
Should you wish to ride with a child age 3-7 than we offer our ‘HAPPY NAPPY COMBO’ for R220. This ticket option allows you to ride 3 times with your child. This way you pay only R36.66 per ride.
Alternatively, our ‘UNLIMITED DAY PASSES’ for R395.00/ R295.00 per person, result in the maximum amount of fun possible at the lowest cost per ride.
Can I CATER FOR MY OWN party?
Unfortunately, we do not allow any outside food, party packs, or beverages onto our site, with the exception of a birthday cake for parties. We do not charge parking- and entrance fees and just need to ensure that we are not being abused as a picnic spot. But if you book us to cater for your event, this reserves a table for you and your guests.
Is there a MINIMUM AGE to ride?
YES, any rider needs to be at least 3 years old. Any child between the ages of 3-7 needs to be accompanied by an adult (age 15+)
Can TWO PEOPLE ride on ONE SLEDGE?
YES, as long as the maximum weight of 150kg per sledge is not exceeded.
Do I PAY PER PERSON or per sledge?
You pay per person, per ride, regardless of age.
How long does a RIDE LAST?
You need about 3 ½ minutes to be lifted to the top of the hill and about 2 minutes to ride the downhill track. Bearing in mind that you control the speed yourselves.
Do I have to USE ALL MY RIDES on the same day?
NO, our rides are not expiring at all. You can just take the rider tokens with and bring them the next time you visit us.
Are you OPERATING when it is RAINING?
NO, unfortunately we will be closing immediately when it starts to drizzle.
Are you doing REFUNDS when I have rides left?
NO, unfortunately we are not refunding you but you can just take the rider tokens with and bring them the next time when you visit us again or give them to somebody else. Rides are not expiring at all.
What is the DIFFERENCE between a ‘WORKING DAY PASS’ and a ‘DAY PASS’?
A WORKING DAY PASS is valid only on a working day. It cannot be used on any Weekend day, Public- and School holiday.
Is a DAY PASS TRANSFERABLE?
Can RIDES on any ticket package option (3, 6, 12, 18) be SHARED?
YES. Bearing in mind that children rides cannot be used for adults but adult rides can be used for children!
Are you selling ALCOHOL?
YES, we have a licensed bar.
Do I need a BOOKING or a RESERVATION in order to ride?
NO, you can just come at any day and time of your convenience. Just bigger groups (20+) should contact us before arrival. CONTACT DETAILS

Do I you have to wear a HELMET?
NO, but you are welcome to bring your own and use it.
Do I have to WEAR a SAFETY BELT?

YES, it is advisable but not a requirement.
Can I PAY with CREDIT- or DEBIT CARD on site?
YES, we accept the major credit cards e.g. VISA, MASTER, AMERICAN EXPRESS and all debit cards worldwide.
Do I have to pay for PARKING?
NO, parking is free of charge.
Do I have to pay an ENTRANCE FEE?
NO, entrance is free of charge.
Is there WIFI?
YES, free of charge throughout.
Can I buy HALAAL or KOSHER food?
YES, although we are not certified, we offer certain options and where necessary subcontract an order to our certified supplier. Please ask our staff.
What FACILITIES do you have on site?
We have a licensed BAR for our adult patrons offering a variety of ciders, beers and wines; and for the general public we have a small gourmet kitchen on site that offers your classic beverages, fruity slush puppies, yummy ice cream, delicious Burgers, Hot Dogs, hot French Fries, crispy Pizzas and more. For special catering requests, please contact our Event Coordinator.

Are PREGNANT woman allowed to ride?
Are DISABLED people allowed to ride?
Possibly not but speak to the Operations Manager in order to verify if the riding is safe with this kind of disability.
WHEELCHAIR FRIENDLY ACCESS?
NO, but we try to assist and help wherever possible.
Do you operate when there is a power cut?
Yes, as we have got our own electricity.
